Who we are

Juniper Property Services Limited (JPS) provides full-service property and hospitality management across Central Scotland, Perthshire, Glasgow and Edinburgh. We manage individual holiday homes, property portfolios, estates and the accommodation side of hotels and apartment hotels, bringing commercial management, guest care and day-to-day property operations together through one management relationship.

Juniper began in 2014, when brothers Ben and Oliver Jones started letting their own Edinburgh apartment. Alastair MacFarlane joined, bringing experience from luxury hotel and resort operations. Juniper Property Services Limited was established in late 2023 as the dedicated owner-facing management company.

Services

• Revenue management: pricing, minimum stays and channel performance, focused on revenue rather than occupancy alone.

• Reservations and distribution: listings, availability and reservations across booking platforms and direct channels.

• Guest experience: arrival information, digital guidebooks and support during the stay.

• Housekeeping and linen: changeover cleaning, presentation checks, linen and guest essentials.

• Maintenance and property care: upkeep, inspections, repairs and contractor coordination with owner approval.

• Owner reporting and oversight: statements and reporting on bookings, income, costs and property requirements.

• Property setup and launch: onboarding, photography, listing preparation and booking-channel setup.

• Hotel accommodation management: the rooms side of hotels and apartment hotels, working alongside the hotel's own front-of-house and food and beverage teams.
