For suitable properties and portfolios, we offer a free, no-obligation feasibility study.
Our assessment considers your property’s commercial potential, what it would need to operate successfully and the management approach we would recommend. Depending on the property, this may include:
Commercial potential: indicative booking revenue, market positioning and pricing opportunities.
Booking strategy: online distribution, direct reservations and opportunities to reach the right guests.
Operational requirements: housekeeping, linen, maintenance, guest services and property readiness.
Property improvements: whether any preparation, refurbishment or design work should be considered.
Recommended management approach: how Juniper could manage your property and which services would be appropriate.
