We have fantastic contacts within the professional estate agencies in the region, allowing us to view and purchase properties before they hit the open market. We’ll present properties to you with full cost of purchase, renovation/interior design estimates along with a revenue breakdown. Our mantra is that if we wouldn’t buy a property for our own portfolio we won’t present it to you.
