Born and raised in Stirling and surrounding areas, our team members - Ben, Ollie, and Alastair - share a deep connection to the Stirlingshire community.

What started as a humble initiative in 2014, with Ben and Ollie renting out their apartment in Edinburgh while working abroad, soon evolved into Juniper Rentals which now manages over 20 properties in the Central Scotland area.

Our dedication to enhancing the customer journey has been pivotal. Over the years, we've relentlessly developed internal systems and procedures, resulting in a high yielding personal portfolio as well as properties managed on behalf of owners.

As our reputation grew, so did our team, with Alastair joining us, bringing invaluable operational expertise with his extensive experience in the hospitality industry and furthering our commitment to excellence.

Driven by our passion for exceptional service and an ever-improving customer experience, we've expanded our services to include Juniper Property Services. This new venture, launched in late 2023, offers an array of management solutions tailored to meet our clients' diverse needs. We offer a variety of management services from virtually manging the guest communication, marketing and pricing of a property at one end of our offering to fully sourcing properties for investors in a full turn key system offering to source, negotiate, project manage renovation with interior design and then bring to market as a short term let fully managing your property allowing a completely passive investment, our aim is to provide seamless, high-yielding management services that ensure a hassle-free and lucrative investment experience for our clients.

Our Team

Alastair MacFarlane - Operations Director

Alastair is our Operations Director, leveraging his profound knowledge of business from Dundee University and a rich background in hospitality. Having honed his skills in luxury hotels and corporate hospitality, Alastair brings a world-class service ethos to Juniper Rentals. His expertise in project management ensures operational efficiency and enhances the overall customer experience.

Oliver Jones - Sales Director

A graduate from the University of St. Andrews with a business degree, Ollie is our Sales Director. His extensive sales experience, coupled with a profound understanding of the property markets, has been instrumental in steering our journey. Ollie's meticulous eye for detail and expertise in project management ensure that our renovations and investments yield optimal returns for our clients.

Ben Jones - Finance Director

With a background deeply rooted in the tourist and travel industry, Ben brings over a decade of specialized experience in bike and skiing tours across Europe. Alongside co-owning the globally acclaimed bike brand Deviate Cycles, Ben serves as the Finance Director, driving financial strategies and guiding the company towards sustainable growth. His vision and expertise contribute significantly to Juniper Rentals' success.
